I created this beauty for the Yeti Extreme Games

100% Edible

It was a blast ripping the arms and head off with a crowd of over 100 cheering me on!

The Yeti is an extreme triathlon

Run or Bike up a moutian, snowshoe to the top and ski/board/snowshoe down

Pretty INTENSE! I'd like to think it's a "Piece of cake" ;)

Under the Sea

Happy birthday Miss Bella! Hope your party was super fun!

The inside of this cake was aqua and teal. Perfect for an under sea cake :)

Just wanted to tell you how much fun we had at my daughter's birthday party and how everyone just loved Bella's Under the Sea Mermaid cake it was a huge hit. So bright, fun, and beautiful so colorful and we loved the sparkles you put on the cake was a perfect addition. I just loved the colors you did on the inside it was so beautiful and the taste was delicious. What a perfect combo of the white cake and raspberry creme. Thank you for taking my inspiration and turning it into a outstanding piece of edible art.

Oh my goodness Chelsea, that cake was to DIE for! I have NEVER had such an amazingly good birthday cake. Ever. You're simply amazing! I just wanted to tell you how much everyone loved the zombie cake! As soon as they saw it they knew exactly who it was. My fiance LOVED it... he didn't want to cut it because he thought it was sooo cool, and when we were pulling off the "boils" the fondant ripped an revealed the red "blood" underneath.
